What is the average length of time it takes to see a change in my health?

Changes in your health will depend on motivational readiness, current health status and committment to self-care. We find most patients benefit from consistent appointments in order to devevelop strategies to make behavior changes that last a lifetime. Nutritional counseling is much like "therapy". Establishing a relationship to learn about you and understand your needs is a necessary component to your care. Most patients benefit from a minimum of 6 months of nutritional counseling.

What is the average cost of your services?

The Initial visit (90 minutes)- out of network price is $360 Follow up appointments (60 minutes)- out of network are $180 NOTE: Pricing of packages and/or promotions may differ. We also offer 30 and 60 min commitment package prices (6 and 12 sessions)

What is your cancellation/scheduling policy?

We have a strict 72 hour cancellation & scheduling policy. You will be charged the full appointment fee if you cannot attend your scheduled appointment. Please note, this fee does NOT get billed to insurance (patient is responsible for it out of pocket). If you are unable to attend a session due to medical reasons, a doctor’s note is required. You will be charged the fee until the note is provided.
